Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data crowthy collects — from visitors of your landing pages, from dashboard subscribers, and from people browsing the marketing site — and how that data is used, shared, and protected.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data crowthy collects and how it is used, shared, and protected — on the marketing site, in the subscriber dashboard, and in the tag installed on your landing page. By using crowthy, you agree to the practices described here.
2. What data we collect
We collect: (a) account data, such as name, email, and the offer information you fill in on the dashboard; (b) billing and tax data needed for charges and invoice issuance, where applicable; (c) usage data from your landing page, collected anonymously by the tag — a random visitor id, with no name, email, or other identifying data, and IP truncated — plus the sale/lead confirmations that the payment platform you sell on sends us, tied to that same tested variant; (d) basic browsing data from people who visit our own site, collected through traffic-analytics tools; and (e) if you join the waitlist, your name, email, WhatsApp, and landing page URL, so we can contact you about selection, advisory, and the product.
3. What we use the data for
We use the data to run your account and dashboard, publish the tag and process the events it sends, run the statistical engine that decides how traffic is split between variants, process billing and invoices where applicable, send service notices, contact people who joined the waitlist (selection, advisory, or other product terms), and comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data when needed to run the service: with payment and invoicing processors, and with infrastructure and traffic-analytics providers. These providers only receive what they need to deliver the service, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use traffic-analytics tools on our marketing site to understand usage and audience. On the landing page where the tag is installed, we use local storage in the visitor's browser only to keep the same variant across repeat visits — it is not used for cross-site tracking.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your account data while it is active and, after closure, for as long as needed to meet tax and legal obligations. Landing-page usage data is kept aggregated per site, to preserve experiment history, even after a site is archived. Waitlist signups are kept until you ask for deletion (in the dashboard if you have an account, or at dpo@crowthy.com) or until the contact purpose ends.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
At any time, through the contact at the end of this policy, you can request: confirmation of processing, access, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization/deletion of unnecessary data, portability, and deletion of your account data. Access, portability and deletion are self-service in the dashboard, under Account → Privacy and data: there you can download a file with all of your data and delete your account permanently, without going through our team. Deleting your account stops the tag from being published on your landing pages. Other requests go through the contact at the end of this policy.
8. Security
We follow common security practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), protection against common dashboard-form attacks, and passwords stored in protected form. No security measure is foolproof, but we follow these practices to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
9. International transfer
Some of the providers we use may process data on servers outside Brazil, under their own contractual and compliance safeguards.
10. Minors
crowthy is a B2B service, aimed at info-product sellers who are 18 or older (or otherwise of legal capacity). We do not target minors or knowingly collect their data through this signup.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Material changes will be announced by email or a dashboard notice before they take effect.
